An appeals court has upheld an injunction on the state’s auto insurance overhaul, another setback for one of Gov. Rick Scott’s top legislative priorities.
“We’re profoundly encouraged,” said Luke Lirot, an attorney representing health care providers who say they were unfairly shut out of the state’s Personal Injury Protection system, on Tuesday.
