A woman running a Riviera Beach assisted-living facility was arrested Monday after a sexual assault by one of the residents led investigators to find the woman did not have a license to run the group home.
Marcia Duckworth, 54, is accused of neglect of an elderly person or disabled adult and was released on $3,000 bond Monday night.
