Miami Dolphins owner Stephen Ross’s donation of $200 million to the University of Michigan while asking for state and local money to help fund a professional football stadium does raise some issues, but not the ones Frank Cerabino addressed (“Gift may cost Dolphins’ Ross a stadium redo.”)
