Regarding “Results are often deadly when guilty keep driving,” as I read about the Steven Barnes case, all I can think of is whether we need some sort of “car control” or a universal ban on cars?
All sarcasm aside, this can be equated to every argument about gun control. It isn’t the cars that are killing people; it is people killing people. We have so many laws on the books and so few of them are enforced. Laws mostly keep honest people in check, but when there is a will, a bad person will find a way.
