Iraqi Prime Minister Nouri al-Maliki went to the White House last week to ask President Barack Obama to provide emergency security assistance to his country.
The first reaction is whether the administration should say, “No,” or, “Hell no.” Mr. Maliki’s government, remember, essentially forced out U.S. troops at the end of 2011 by refusing to exempt them from Iraqi tribunals.
