Among the worst cases that The Post’s investigation found: a convicted child abuser who was hired as a counselor at a Palm City camp and molested a sleeping 14-year-old. In St. Petersburg, another accused child abuser who took a job as a counselor was charged with molesting an 11-year-old camper.
