The man whose false statements during jury selection have forced a new DUI manslaughter trial for Wellington polo club developer John Goodman is “recklessly indifferent to the truth,” Judge Colbath wrote last week. He “lacks candor, sincerity, and an appreciation of the sacred role a juror plays.”
