Three-time failed judicial candidate Ken Lemoine has been cleared of a charge that he beat up a 17-year-old who was leaving a Sweet 16 party along Flagler Drive in September.
Using the state’s controversial Stanmd Your Ground law, Leoine, 51, convinced Palm Beach County Judge Paul Damico to dismiss a battery charge that could have sent him to jail for as long as a year.
