The U.S. Supreme Court on Tuesday ordered Riviera Beach to pay Fane Lozman $10,073 he spent on court costs in his successful battle over the floating home he docked at the city marina.
The money is just the first installment in what Lozman hopes to win from the city after the high court last month ruled it shouldn’t have seized his home under centuries-old maritime law and had it destroyed.
