Police say citations for not buckling up are down in the latest seat-belt enforcement wave, which ends Sunday.
Just more than 60 citations have been issued since the latest “Click it or Ticket” seat-belt enforcement effort that began May 20. That compares with 131 citations during a March seat belt enforcement wave.
