A major site plan amendment to include a 6,336-square-foot retail/office building instead of the previously approved 2,925-square-foot bank with a drive-through at the Toys “R” Us/Babies “R” Us site on the east side of State Road 7 is scheduled to be discussed at Thursday’s council meeting.
Cotleur & Hearing, a Jupiter-based landscape architectural firm, is requesting a site plan modification along with architectural approval on the 12.65 acre site located about a mile south of Southern Boulevard. Cotleur & Hearing is also proposing to add four cart corrals to the Toys “R” Us site.
