A restraining order request is the latest salvo in a new round of hostilities between multimillionaire Delray Beach philanthropist Lois Pope and her son, Paul, over the estate of Generoso Pope, the founder of the National Enquirer.
Lois Pope asked a Palm Beach Circuit Court judge on Wednesday to order her son to stay away from her the same week Paul sent a 2-inch binder of lurid allegations about his mother to news organizations.
