Alyssa and Anthony Golino were volunteering at House of Hope one day a couple years ago — bagging food, sorting food and stocking shelves — when they noticed one shelf that needed more stocking than the rest.
The problem was there was no peanut butter or jelly to fill it with. They figured they might be able to do something about that.

Peanut Butter and Jelly Food Drive
What: An annual food drive run by the Golino siblings who are trying to collect 2,000 pounds of peanut butter and jelly for donation to the House of Hope.
When: Through August 31.
