The city’s 18-hole golf course on Northlake Boulevard is closed this summer for a $2.5 million renovation intended to improve the look and play of the grass, reduce flooding and make the course’s irrigation system more reliable.
Contractors and city employees have been working seven days a week since June 1 in hopes of completing the renovations in time for a Nov. 1 reopening, Golf Operations Director Tim Kasher said.
