A two-seat plane crashed at North Palm Beach County Airport Sunday, but no one was injured and no fuel was spilled, Palm Beach County Fire Rescue said.
The plane was found nose-down on the main runway at the airport, along the Beeline Highway west of PGA Boulevard in suburban Palm Beach Gardens, said Capt. Albert Borroto, fire-rescue spokesman.
The only damage to the aircraft was to its propeller, Borroto said. The plane’s two passengers were evaluated at the scene and neither reported injuries.
The cause of the crash was not known. The accident happened while the plane was landing, Borroto said.
