The new owners of Callery-Judge Grove want to more than double the number of homes allowed on the 3,800-acre citrus farm in western Palm Beach County.
Developer Minto Communities has asked the county to consider changing its long-term growth plan to allow 6,500 homes, a 150-room hotel, a 3,000-student college campus, and a baseball stadium on the property. The project, known as Minto West, also calls for 1.4 million square feet of non-residential uses.
