NRI Institute of Health Sciences, a nursing school that opened in the Royal Plaza shopping center in March, is considering adding weekend classes and an associate degree in nursing program.
“To reach the most number of people and to make it possible for students to get the nursing program they desire, you have to make yourself accessible to them,” said Dan Splain, who owns the school with his wife, Elizabeth Stolkowski, NRI’s president. “The only opportunity a person might have to attend a nursing school is for a weekend program.”
