A new slimmed-down version of the Lakewood development, without the 20-pump gas station and with 64 fewer single-family homes, has been submitted.
“We are confident this plan can win approval,” said project planner George Gentile.

New proposal for 260-acre Lakewood development:

- 150,000 square feet for biotech research and development
- 5,500 square foot restaurant
- 13,000 square foot pharmacy
