What are your hobbies?
Wine. I love popping a bottle at night and enjoy the sensory elements in the glass as well as the intellectual pursuit of determining different flavors that come with assorted varietals and regions of the world. My other ‘hobby’ is philanthropy.
What makes you laugh?
The TV comedy, “Big Bang Theory”. Even with all of our busy schedules, this has been a family gathering to laugh.
Who would you like to have dinner with?
Michael Steinhardt, the philanthropist and retired hedge fund manager. His foresight and money has changed so many lives with his funding of Birthright Israel, a program that takes college kids to Israel.
Who is your hero?
Like all boys who grew up in Boston during the 1970s and 1980s, Carl Yastrzemski remains one of my favorite all-time Red Sox players. He was my first ‘hero’ as we pretended to play like him as kids.
