Offlease Automart won approval from town commissioners Wednesday to establish a used car sales lot on the site of the former Kelsey City Bar & Grill at 1301 10th St., but only after a debate about how to fence the lot for security.
Vice Mayor Kimberly Glas-Castro and Mayor James DuBois said they didn’t want to see a chain-link fence around the 0.9-acre restaurant site, even though Offlease Automart partners Dan Wynne, Chris McKee and Jerry Lee said some type of fence would be required to keep the cars secure at night.
