With “commissioner thug” emblazoned over a Ku Klux Klan-like hood on the side of his million-dollar waterfront home, Marty O’Boyle has thrust his dispute with the town into the public eye.
O’Boyle, who in 2011 flew banners over downtown West Palm Beach to proclaim his disagreement with then-State Attorney Michael McAuliffe, is decorating his home, valued for tax purposes at $1.6 million, with messages aimed at the town commission after it rejected his request to add a 25-foot entry feature.
