A two-story retail/office building with a 60-seat restaurant and six residential units on the second floor in the town’s “funky fishing village” district was approved unanimously Tuesday night by the town council.
The plan calls for a 15,000-square-foot, two-story building on the 2-acre parcel on the east side of A1A between Saturn and Parkway streets, near the Jupiter Inlet. There is an existing 5,300-square-foot office building on the property that houses the owner’s law practice on the 2-acre parcel.
