Some spring training fans who now park in a vacant, unpaved lot near Roger Dean Stadium will soon be required to park in the nearby parking garage or a 500-space lot at Florida Atlantic University.
About 300 multi-family rental units, including 17 lofts that can be used for retail, were approved Tuesday by the town council. The project, by Jupiter-based Aries Land Acquisition, is planned for both sides of Main Street north of the 7,000-seat stadium that hosts the St. Louis Cardinals and Florida Marlins spring training teams.
