The construction of five of the 21 planned homes in Ocean Breeze West is in jeopardy because the entities are hundreds of thousands of dollars short, the board of the city’s community redevelopment agency heard this week.
Community Development and Habitat for Humanity of South Palm Beach County are building the 1,680-square-foot low-to-moderate income homes at the 4½-acre site, along Seacrest Boulevard in the city’s “Heart of Boynton” neighborhood.
