Putting greens are turning green again at the city’s golf course, which closed in June for a $2.5 million overhaul that includes smoothing berms, reshaping some greens, moving sand traps and planting new grass to make the 18-hole course more playable.
Golf Operations Director Tim Kasher said the city course on Northlake Boulevard west of the Beeline Highway is on schedule to open in November.
