The Safety Council of Palm Beach County is hosting a fundraiser Thursday for Boynton Beach resident Angel Soto, who lost his right leg almost a year ago while trying to help the victim of a car crash.
From 4-10 p.m., any patron who dines at one of three Chili’s restaurants and presents the server with a council flier honoring Soto can help the former security guard make ends meet.
