The Miami development company Affordable Housing Solutions LLC is seeking city approval to build the Village at Lake Worth — a 216-unit apartment complex at the northwest corner of Lake Worth and Boutwell roads.
The three-story apartment complex is planned for 7.65 acres in what developers call a Key West-style village with seven buildings, a clubhouse, a swimming pool, a playground, covered barbecue pavilions and a walking path around a central water retention pond.
