The developer of Renaissance Charter School withdrew his project moments before a council vote Thursday night that likely would have nixed the plan.
“The process is not conducive to the wave of the future,” said Mark Rodberg, whose plan called for renovating a 61,000-square-foot warehouse on a 10-acre parcel on the north side of Hiatt Drive off Northlake Boulevard west of Florida’s Turnpike.
