When he talks about the past few weeks of his life, Brian Holloway can’t help but laugh, like a man who just won the lottery. He is sweating in a restaurant kitchen, chopping onions, slicing avocados, making omelets, and he is happy because he is gainfully employed again.
Before that, his life was at the unpleasant end of the emotional roller coaster. He was working as a cook in a Lake Worth restaurant. New owners came in and let the whole staff go.
