The illegal banner draped across the west side of the Gulf Stream Hotel urging city voters to reject a proposed charter amendment limiting building heights had been taken down as of Monday.
The banner was placed on the old hotel Feb. 22 by the Friends of Gulfstream Political Committee, which is leading the campaign against the building height limits.
