Rock mining company Palm Beach Aggregates has has revived plans for a 2,000-home development just west of Wellington that was once a focal point in the corruption investigation of former County Commissioner Tony Masilotti.
The company’s re-zoning request, a first step before the Highland Dunes project can move forward, was postponed Thursday after residents in nearby communities complained they weren’t notified.
