The bruising battle over the controversial Equestrian Village project is finally over, but not before one last round was fought late Tuesday night.
Councilman Matt Willhite had asked the council to clarify a motion that was part of its Oct. 24 vote giving developers the green light on the $80 million horse complex planned for 59 acres at the northeast corner of South Shore Boulevard and Pierson Road.
