A brother team of public records gadflies has descended on the city as well as Palm Beach County and Greenacres.
In early December, Joel Edward Chandler sued the city because its lobby is closed to visitors except 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. on Wednesdays, saying that violates the city’s Sunshine Law. At the same time, Chandler’s brother, Robert, also sued, saying a city employee violated the law by demanding he identify himself before giving him documents.
