West Palm Beach attorney Manuel Farach will resign as chairman of the Palm Beach County Commission on Ethics in September.
Farach, who served on the board for about three years, submitted his resignation letter this week, saying that the board’s five appointed members should not serve indefinitely. It was “time for someone else to step in and give it a shot,” he said Tuesday.
