The city council on Monday approved a site plan for Harvest Pines, an 18-home development planned for the site of a vacant home on the south side of Melaleuca Lane just east of city hall.
The 4.9-acre lot at 5650 Melaleuca Lane is being developed by Harvest Home Fund — a division of Boca Raton-based Harvest Holdings that specializes in buying and redeveloping foreclosed properties.
