Despite objections from several residents about traffic concerns, plans to build a 10,000-square-foot day-care center and preschool on South Jog Road got the green light Monday night from the city council.
The vote came at a sometimes raucous meeting that saw Mayor Sam Ferreri slam down his gavel, shouting at one councilman for asking a question out of turn.
