The developer of the controversial waterfront condominium planned for the Chapel-by-the-Lake site submitted new plans Monday that call instead for a two-tower configuration they hope will assuage city commissioners’ concerns about the project’s scope.
Later in the day, the developer also asked that the second hearing and final vote, set for next Tuesday be delayed to Oct. 28 to give West Palm Beach officials and the public time to digest the new design.
