Two West Palm Beach projects, one of which would change the look of Okeechobee Boulevard and the other, which would be the city’s largest redevelopment since CityPlace, come before the city’s planning board next week.
The Related Group’s long-anticipated hotel project adjacent to the Palm Beach County Convention Center would rise 13 stories and 143 feet above Okeechobee Boulevard, boast two ballrooms and more than 400 hotel rooms and have a two-story parking garage.
