A $65 million dollar no-bid garbage contract, schools and crime or the perception of crime were the big issues at a candidate forum Thursday night sponsored by the Delray Beach Chamber of Commerce.
Voters filled the Crest Theatre’s ground floor and balcony to hear mayoral candidates Tom Carney, the incumbent, and Cary Glickstein, currently the planning and zoning committee chairman.
