Loxahatchee Groves battle over PBSC campus headed to court

A group that wants Loxahatchee Groves voters to decide whether Palm Beach State College can build a campus in town plans to file a lawsuit ensuring that ballots are cast.

“This is one of those cases where the town doesn’t want to see it go forward, and the citizens do,” said Robert Hartsell, a Pompano Beach attorney who represents the group. “This is a fundamental American right, the right to vote, a fundamental democratic right.”
