Days after threatening seven student protesters with disciplinary action, Florida Atlantic University has ended its investigation of a Jupiter campus protest and decided not to press charges of student misconduct.
The students, who on March 22 protested the school’s decision to accept a private prison company’s pledge of $6 million for naming rights to FAU’s Boca Raton stadium, got off with a scolding letter.
