A jury today cleared developer Glenn Straub of claims that he bilked millions from wealthy residents of the Palm Beach Polo & Country Club.
After deliberating for less than an hour after an eight-week trial and two days of closing arguments, the six-member jury announced that it had rejected polo residents’ allegations that Straub, who has owned the tony Wellington community since 1993, manipulated the books and the board of directors to enrich himself.
