Dennis DeMartin, the juror credited with winning Wellington polo mogul John Goodman a second trial on DUI manslaughter charges, will get the chance to save himself from a possible contempt of court conviction this fall.
Palm Beach County Circuit Judge Jeffrey Colbath Thursday set a final contempt of court hearing in DeMartin’s case for Sept. 30, after DeMartin’s attorneys pleaded not guilty on his behalf.
