A stabbing at SunFest on Sunday evening — in what is believed to be the first such violence in at least 23 years at the event— has West Palm Beach Police Chief Vincent Demasi questioning security measures at the city’s largest annual festival.
Raige Hasko, 18, a senior baseball player at Palm Beach Central High School, was taken to St. Mary’s Medical Center after being stabbed during an early evening performance by rapper Mac Miller, according to Demasi and SunFest officials. Hasko has since been released from the hospital.
