A West Palm Beach contractor has been arrested after a Jupiter woman complained she had paid him almost $15,000 and he hadn’t completed repairs to her home, the Palm Beach County Sheriff’s Office said last week.
Deputies arrested Thomas Seeber, 33, on Thursday in connection to the case. He faces charges of falsely identifying himself as a contractor, grand theft and working as a contractor without a license. He was released from the county jail Thursday night after posting a $9,000 bond.
