If anyone knew early on that Dennis DeMartin could be a bad juror, it was likely the seven other jurors who sat with him daily for three weeks last year at Wellington polo mogul John Goodman’s DUI manslaughter trial.
None of those jurors came forward with what they knew, however, until after Goodman was convicted.
