John Shealy, 40, of Royal Palm Beach, is scheduled to plead guilty next Friday in connection with his role in a lucrative fake marijuana operation that netted him millions.
While federal court documents don’t detail the plea deal, his business partner, Dylan Harrison, 31, of Lantana, last week pleaded guilty to conspiracy to defraud the U.S. by distributing a controlled substance. He faces a maximum five-year prison sentence.
