A judge is expected to decide next week whether Wellington polo club founder John Goodman will be off house arrest, get a lower bail and shed his 24-hour sheriff’s deputy guard now that his DUI manslaughter conviction has been overturned.
This morning, Goodman defense attorneys Doug Duncan and Scott Richardson asked Palm Beach County Circuit Judge Jeffrey Colbath to restore the $100,000 pre-trial bail Goodman received before a jury convicted him of DUI manslaughter in March 2012 for the death two years earlier of Scott Patrick Wilson.
