Man used job at UPS packaging center to mail illegal oxy pills to Massachusetts, cops say

A 29-year-old Boynton Beach man who worked for a local UPS packaging center allegedly used his position to send boxes of oxycodone pills — sometimes hidden in a Blockbuster DVD case — to Massachusetts, where the pills would be sold on the streets for about $20 a pop.

Jonathan J. Deleeuw, who is also known as Johnny D, is facing a federal charge of conspiracy to possess with intent to distribute oxycodone, a schedule II controlled substance. DEA agents say he was involved in the oxycodone ring from January 2009 through August 2010.
