A 23-year-old Lantana man accepted a plea deal Wednesday morning that will allow him to serve four years of probation on charges connected to allegations he tried to sell moonshine to undercover officers.
Daniel David Pawa pleaded no contest to charges of transportation of alcoholic beverage and other charges connected to the eight-week investigation that culminated with his arrest in January. Pawa, according to the arrest report, responded to a Craigslist ad in November seeking the homemade high-alcohol liquor.
